This piece of necklace is made of real tree branch . I've been thinking of making things using the resources from the nature for a long time .
I naively thought that it'll just make my dream of living with the nature come true .

I love the old tabacco tin boxes so much . Containers and tools are fascinating to me .

- Taste -

This kind of rice is like risotto, chewy texture. But I don't think you can buy it in Hong Kong.
With fresh tomatoes , tomato sauce , red pepepr and salmon steak .
There's still room for improvement but I loved the cooking process of rice .


Lazy cold noodle for summer . I love this kind of cream flavoured noodles , chewy again . I'm really into the chewy food .

- Cooking -

This is my second time teaching others how to make dessert .
Thanks God it's quite successful . (Although I've never ever made fruit tart before) .

I felt good to have a bigger place for me to make dessert as there's not much space at my home .



Putting the melted chocolate over the tart base and then refrigerated it .



A bit overheated bread pudding but it just tasted better with that crispy top .




We made it too thin for the tart base . But the colour is nice after coating some egg souce on it .

(Due to the limited time, I just bought the existing cream instead of making the cream by ourselves)

Home means a lot to me .

At my home , I can stop and think .

create and make .

find my real self and consolation .

My treasures are all here .

It's my comfort zone where I can seek support and back up .

I do have many yearnings towards my future HOME .

It should be like this , it should be like that ...

It would be better with this , it would be even better with that ...

[ But now , I feel a bit depressed by watching the TV programs which keep telling me the reality that the ever-rising land rent in Hong Kong . Some professionals like accountants and lawyers even have to rent the subdivided flats (which is deemed to be dangerous and have a high tendency to cause the outbreak of fire) in order to save more money to buy an apartment in Hong Kong . ]

I'm still longing for my future Home . Won't be let down by this fact .

I know YOU've your own plan on me . I don't have to worry about anything which seems to be unexpectable to me.

P. S . Also , I really enjoy watching Japanese mums taking care of their children . That feeling .
