This is my second time teaching others how to make dessert .
Thanks God it's quite successful . (Although I've never ever made fruit tart before) .

I felt good to have a bigger place for me to make dessert as there's not much space at my home .



Putting the melted chocolate over the tart base and then refrigerated it .



A bit overheated bread pudding but it just tasted better with that crispy top .




We made it too thin for the tart base . But the colour is nice after coating some egg souce on it .



Yum Yum !!

(Due to the limited time, I just bought the existing cream instead of making the cream by ourselves)

Home means a lot to me .

At my home , I can stop and think .

create and make .

find my real self and consolation .

My treasures are all here .

It's my comfort zone where I can seek support and back up .

I do have many yearnings towards my future HOME .

It should be like this , it should be like that ...

It would be better with this , it would be even better with that ...

[ But now , I feel a bit depressed by watching the TV programs which keep telling me the reality that the ever-rising land rent in Hong Kong . Some professionals like accountants and lawyers even have to rent the subdivided flats (which is deemed to be dangerous and have a high tendency to cause the outbreak of fire) in order to save more money to buy an apartment in Hong Kong . ]

I'm still longing for my future Home . Won't be let down by this fact .

I know YOU've your own plan on me . I don't have to worry about anything which seems to be unexpectable to me.

P. S . Also , I really enjoy watching Japanese mums taking care of their children . That feeling .

Owls are my second favourite animals , and yes , deers come the first .

Linens just give me a sense of peace and simplicity .

Recently, I've found out and learnt from others that creativity is something we don't have to think too much before doing .
Sometimes , unexpected surprises just come from nowhere .

Homemade brownie , a cup of flower tea and the French singing filling the air . Had a nice afternoon with you .

I am not a good teacher afterall . But we did have a relaxing moment . If we call it......

Life is , what you really enjoy without pressure; rather than , packing every single hour of your life with an activity and when you're not doing it , you will tense up .

Embroidery is still my favourite thing to do. Although it actually takes up much of my time, I do really enjoy it .
I think this is probably the most serious one I've ever made. As I know I'm kinda impetuous and careless ,I always rush my work with impatience. I'm trying to improve this shortcoming.
Happy to be appreciated.

Deers are my favourite animals . I think they're gentle and elegant.

Soft chocolate cookies with oatmeal and dried grapes. Still trying to make chewy cookies.


Pizza with different ingredients this time(ham, fresh tomatoes, pineapples, chicken breast ,mozzarella cheese), it's tastier!!! But I'm still thinking about how to improve the sides of the dough) !
